Speaking in Lusaka when he paid courtesy call on Bernadette Deka, the director at Policy Monitory Research Centre (PMRC), Chinese Ambassador to Zambia, Yang Youming said it took China 40 years to be where it is today, a development he attributed to extensive research. “Think Tanks in China made a great contribution to the progress China achieved over the past 40years of reforms and opening up. So without think tanks it would have been impossible for China to develop rapidly,” Mr. Youming said.
