In an interview in Kitwe, Mr Xi said Zambia was a good investment haven in Africa for Chinese companies because the country had good business and investment policies. He said because of Africa’s political and economic stability, Zambia was a good investment destination for the Chinese investors who were eager to contribute to transformation of the country’s commerce and trade. Mr Xi said since 1964, the Chinese investors had enjoyed a good investment relationship with Zambia in various economic sectors such as agriculture, mining, construction, manufacturing and other industries. The Chinese businessman said over the years Zambia was steadily developing due to the massive investments the Chinese investors had made.
