The replacements are however, in acting capacity as the suspended officials await their fate. Assistant public relations manager, Mr. Musonda Mino told the Daily Nation that, the acting Town Clerk and directors in Finance, Advocacy, Accounts, Human resource and Administration among others have all been appointed and resumed work. “We are happy to have the acting directors as this will ensure that the council does not suffer any set back. This will also ensure that all projects are implemented as planned. The council is still very much active and will ensure that all the projects that were started are executed and completed as planned” he said.
