Copperbelt Commissioner of Police Charity Katanga confirmed the summoning of Mr Kambwili, but could not give details on the matter. Ms Katanga said Mr Kambwili has allegedly refused to receive a call-out which police officers had taken to him. Mr Kambwili however called Ms Katanga and informed her that he will not turn up. But a Lusaka-based lawyer, Mr Hobday Kabwe, warned that Mr Kambwili could be slapped with a charge for disregarding a police call-out. “The law dictates everyone to obey lawful orders.
