This is the case in which Pilato on a self imposed exile, and five others are charged with disobeying lawful orders failed to take off yesterday at the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court as one of the accused persons because the musician has fled to South Africa. However, Laura Miti appeared with four other accused persons, Lewis Mwape, PEP president Sean Tembo, activists Bornwell Mwewa and Mwika Mwambazi for plea before magistrate Mwaka Mikalile.
