And Dr Banda said that this year, people should do a thorough audit of activities in 2017 and use this examination as a premise for better conduct going forward. Dr Banda implored Zambians to remain cognisant that the country already had a sitting President. He warned that anyone who held a view at variance with the fact that “As Zambians, we must remain cognisant that we have a sitting Head of State.
