Sat, 30 Dec 2017 13:18:10 +0000 Ministry of Health Human Resource Officer Henry Kapoko yesterday admitted tampering with court exhibits by using a title deed to a seized property to obtain a loan. And medical personnel from the University Teaching Hospital yesterday certified Kapoko fit to stand trial contrary to his earlier assertions that he was unwell. Kapoko had told the court that he needed medical attention as he suspected his blood pressure to be too high. The court subsequently sent him to the UTH whose findings have indicated that the accused was fit to stand trial.
