Eye witnesses, Genera Hakaye and Matuba Ward Councillor Sydney Simweemba have confirmed the incident to Daily Nation in Siavonga. The witness narrated that the woman jumped off the moving vehicle a Toyota Land Cruiser belonging to the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, after a fight ensued between the driver and his wife. “We had gone to Chaanga to buy some beer using a GRZ vehicle and on our way back to Siamwiinga, the driver and his wife who were all in a drunken state started quarrelling and fighting while the vehicle was speeding.
