This was heard in Matero Local Court in a case in which Maggie Chishimba of Kabanana compound sued her husband, Peter Chishimba for divorce. The two got married in 2005 and they have four children. Maggie told Senior Court Magistrates Miyanda Banda, Pauline Newa and Ronnie Shafwensha at Matero Local Court problems started when they had a third child and that when they had a fourth child Chishimba deserted her. She explained that she went to Victim Support Unit and that in 2015 they were reconciled but still there was no peace. ‘’In 2016 Chishimba chased me, we came to court and started staying together but still he did not change,’’ said Maggie.
