Judge Sunday Nkonde discovered that a false document was submitted by M’membe, claiming that it was signed and commissioned by M’membe when not. This was after Justice Nkonde ruled that the application could not stand before court as Mr M’membe could not have authenticated a sworn affidavit at the time he was believed to have been out of Zambia in hiding.
