The National Opposition Alliance, a consortium of 16 opposition political parties have appealed to the Ministry of Home Affairs to withdraw the passport of the United Party for National Development leader, Mr Hichilema claiming that his recent trips abroad are aimed at destabilising the country. NOA spokesperson Cosmo Mumba told the Daily Nation that Mr Hichilema was discrediting the reputation of the country to gain sympathy from his associates abroad.
