In this matter, Tshiabu Benos 37, of Ibex Hill, is accused of murdering Mr Malambo, who was also Auto Force proprietor, on 30th January, 30 2017. Benos is alleged to have stubbed Malambo with a knife after a fight at her home in Ibex Hill. When the matter came up at the start of her defence, Benos who broke down in the process, testified that on the material day, she and the deceased argued because he suspected her of cheating on him with another man.
