Mr Chanda said it was ridiculous for Mr Kambwili to continue accusing the Head of State and the PF of corruption when he had no evidence. Mr Kambwili who is Roan Member of Parliament has, since his expulsion from the ruling party continuously accused President Lungu and his government of corruption. In his recent statement, he accused the President of getting rich in 12 months. He also questioned Government’s purchase of the 42 fire engines at US$42 million.
