Amina Mohammed was alleged to have poisoned her husband, Osman Mohammed Adam on 2nd March 2017 in Lusaka. When the matter came up for commencement of trial before Judge Susan Wanjelani yesterday, the prosecution told the court that they were discontinuing with the matter. “We are unable to proceed with the matter.
