Commenting on President Lungu’s official address to the 2nd session of the 12th National Assembly last Friday, Zambia DNA spokesperson Spuki Mulemwa said despite his critics punching holes into his speech, the head of state tackled pertinent issues that affected Zambia and provided hope by outlining his development drive based on realities of national economies. Mr. Mulemwa said diversification and job-creation, which had been the PF administration’s theme in its quest to improve the economy and reduce poverty among its citizenry, was paramount to the development of the country.
