Ambassador Gershon Kedar has boasted that his country is one of the top three countries in the world with high-tech cyber security. Mr Kedar is Israel’s non-resident ambassador to Zambia, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Namibia He said that it is against that background that Zambians should take advantage of Israel and secure their businesses. Ambassador Kedar was speaking on Monday when he held talks with members of the Livingstone Chamber of Commerce led by its president, Namakau Siyanga. He said that the bilateral relations between Zambia and Israel which has seen President Edgar Lungu and a number of ministers visit his country has created investment opportunities.
