NAQEZ executive director Aaron Chansa said that the abolishment of corporal punishment in 2004 had led to mass indiscipline in both public and private schools. He said that indiscipline among pupils was greatly affecting teaching and learning in Zambia. “Indiscipline is affecting the learning and teaching process, today teachers are finding it very difficult to meaningfully discharge their duties because there is too much indiscipline among learners,” Mr Chansa said.
