Despite NAPSA enjoying home ground advantage, the pensioners were stunned when John Makwata beat NAPSA goal keeper Rabson Muchelenga to give Buildcon a good start in the second half. Buildcon maintained their dominance and were rewarded when striker Serunkuwa Geoffrey struck twice in two minutes to complete his brace. Signs Chibambo scored the consolation goal for NAPSA Stars in the dying minutes of the game but it was not enough to rescue the pensioners from suffering their fifth straight defeat in a row.
