This is contained in a statement of claim filed before the Lusaka High Court where MOBM Enterprises Limited has sued Professional Secretaries Association of Zambia (PSAZ) for K119,000 owed for the supply of 845 T-shirts to the institution earlier in the year. According to MOBM Enterprises, PSAZ represented by their president Malaya Phiri, agreed to the supply of the T-shirts based on the terms and conditions set before the delivery of a local purchase order issued on supply. “That on or about 18th April 2017, the defendants had requested the plaintiff to supply 845 T-shirts at a total price of K169,000 through a local purchase order number 051. “That the defendants agreed with the plaintiff to supply the T-shirts based on defendants terms […]
