Mon, 21 Aug 2017 13:39:18 +0000 By Mukosela Kasalwe THE Lusaka City Council through its Public Health Committee has embarked on a project aimed at increasing the number of Community Based Enterprises (CBEs) involved in garbage collection, says Matero’s Kapwepwe Ward 25 councilor Patrick Salubusa. Mr Salubusa said the development would benefit Lilanda Estates and Kapwepwe Ward as a whole because the ward would have more companies involved in garbage collection. He said starting on September 1, 2017 the cleanest residential and commercial property in Lilanda Estates would receive an award from co-operating partners through the office of the councilor and that after undertaking the programme in Lilanda Estates for three months, it would be rolled out to the other zones in the ward.
