Speaking when he featured on the Patriotic Front Interactive Forum platform on Sunday, Mr Mundubile said that the time to impart entrepreneurial skills in the youth was now so that they too could become employers in their own right. Mr Mundubile said this in reference to the Zambia National Service youth training centre that President Edgar Lungu had inspected on his two-day working visit in the province where he also commissioned the Turrow gas and oil exploration project. He hailed the ZNS training as admirable because one would easily see the level of discipline in those that had gone through it from their conduct in and out of uniform.
