Mon, 14 Aug 2017 11:39:21 +0000 By Chintu Malambo A LUSAKA woman has sued the administrators of the estate of the late Reeves Malambo for allegedly possessing property obtained by fraudulent means. She has also sued her ex-husband who sold the property to Mr Malambo. In a statement of claims filed in the Lusaka High Court principal registry, Pearl Nyondo claimed that in 2000, she applied for a piece of land from the Commissioner of Lands and was granted the said piece of land. Ms Nyondo, asked the court to declare that she was the legitimate and legal owner of plot No. 11250/M. Ibex Hill, Lusaka. She alleged that her ex-husband, stole the certificate of title deeds, which he pledged to Premier Finance Company Limited, for funds he borrowed, without her consent or authority.
