Susan Sakala, 23, was testifying in a case in which her father, Masauso Sakala, 51, of Makeni Simoson sued Kaumba Muchama, 26, a security guard of the same compound for deflowering and impregnating her. However, Muchama denied impregnating Susan. Sakala told Senior Court Magistrate Esther Mulomba sitting with Magistrate Abbyshine Michelo at Kanyama Local Court that he knows Muchama because he is a security guard where he works.
