This is supposed to be a council that is supposed to be putting things in order, where the populaces of Solwezi are proud. But alas, I have to say that these people are orchestrated to be in government offices for what they can get and not what they can provide, all at the expense of poor Zambians, yet producing nothing. These people are not instituting any good; they are a terror to the people of Solwezi, because the number of accidents in Solwezi is escalating due to these pathetic roads. They are eating well, dressing fashion designers clothes, sleeping comfortably and their children going to the most expensive schools without minding the state of the roads in Solwezi. […]
