Mr Katuka said President Lungu should not worry being recognized as the Head of State as there were more important things to concentrate on. Mr Katuka said it would not change anything even if someone stood on top of a mountain and shout “I have recognized.” He said that the country should move forward and focus on more important things than concentrating on President Lungu being recognized.
