And Mr. Coeln announced that the timeline for phase one of the project renovation which would initially involve one wing was anticipated to be 10 months after which the wing would re-open as an InterContinental Hotels Group hotel brand, the Holliday Inn. Mr. Coeln said during the renovation, the wing consisting of 106 bedrooms would be out of service while all the other hotel facilities such as meeting rooms, restaurants and the health club would operate normally.
