And Dr Mseteka has advised that a normal human being should only have sex three times in a week. He said this when he featured on Millennium Radio’s health programme dubbed “Health Talk.” “Twice a week makes a healthy sex life, in fact, it has been calculated that a person below 35 should only have 100 orgasms in a year. “No matter how strong one can be, you can’t be having three-four times sex per day, it is not healthy,” Dr Mseteka said.
