By PETER SICHALITHE United Bank of Africa (UBA) has donated K2.6 million to Disaster Management and Mitigation Unit (DMMU) for the fight against Coronavirus pandemic. UBA Board Chairperson, Abel Ng’andu, said he was confident that the donation would go a long way in providing the much-needed financial support to the Government to help get medical supplies. He was speaking when he made a donation yesterday. “UBA has donated K2,650,000 to Government through the office of the Vice President. It will go a long way in providing financial support towards the fight against COVID-19,” he said.
