And Mr Phiri, who has resigned from the party to join the ruling Patriotic Front (PF), charged that the Rainbow Party lacked seriousness. He alleged that Mr Kabimba and Mr Chikwelete have been selling party regalia to their members as one way of raising funds. He also claimed that the party had no proper plan on how it could serve the people of Zambia in an event that it won elections. “There is no future for the Rainbow, the party lacks seriousness and it is not going anywhere.
