Mr. Mwaba said there was need to promote compliance levels as regards waste management, hence every household, institution and business entities needed to develop a policy aimed at cleaning places voluntarily. He said this over the weekend in his ward during the launch of the Smart Environment Ambassadors (SEA), a group formed to spearhead better methods of waste control and management systems in collaboration with the Lusaka City Council whose theme was “Our clean environment, our good health”.
