Ms. Simukoko bemoaned the current bad working culture, which she said was hindering development in the country. She noted that good workmanship, commitment to duty and excellence were very important in bringing about the necessary development that the country required. She said there was need for workers to improve the work culture such as time management, commitment and excellence. Ms. Simukoko reiterated that the workers should be desirous of changing their approach to work if the country was to develop. “Our working culture is extremely bad and because of this it is very difficult to carryout various developments.
