ZABS head marketing and public relations Hazel Zulu said this was because the public service was the biggest employer in the country and the principal provider of various goods and services to the public. She said there was need for the sector to ensure that they met and exceeded public expectations in terms of service delivery. “As a bureau we would therefore like to encourage all public service workers to take the lead in ensuring that they promote professionalism and adopt a quality culture in order to ensure that the goods and services provided to the public is up to standard,“ she said.
