Solomon Lange, a resident, said the youths who are between the ages of 14 and 18 were beating and stealing from them. He explained that the gang of youths commonly referred to as the ‘‘Fluffy’’ were making their social life miserable, adding that even going to the nearest bar was a challenge as they feared to be attacked.
