Mrs Mwanawasa stated in a writ of sermons filed in the Lusaka High Court principle registry that she was the registered owner of a piece of land known and situated at Plot No.323 of farm No. 441a Roma Kiola Road in Lusaka under the Title Deed, No.92019. She said that Mr Banda was the developer and occupant of the said piece of land. Mrs Mwanawasa said that LCC authorized Mr Banda to construct and build on the piece of Land belonging to her.
