The decision to undertake the trip to Zambia was an outcome of talks held between chargé d’affaires at the Zambian embassy in Turkey, Bwalya Nondo, and Anadolu Agency deputy director-general Metin Mutanoglu in Turkey. Mr Nondo said collaboration in the media industry between Zambia and Turkey would promote bilateral relations between the two countries and enhance understanding and appreciation of the two countries’ cultures through sharing of information.
