Speaking in Northern Province, Mr Mwila asked those who might start fomenting trouble in the party because of their ambitions to exercise patience. He said PF members should start preparing for 2021. “To those who think this is not democracy, we say it is. The United States of America, which is a model of Democracy allows a system, whether it’s the Democrats or Republicans, where the incumbent goes through unopposed,” he said. The secretary general said members should now focus on delivering on the promises they made to the Zambian people, now that the elections were behind.
