Mon, 29 May 2017 12:22:26 +0000 By Michael Miyoba NEWLY promoted Buildcon FC collected their second win of the season after coming from behind to defeat Green Eagles 2-1 in the first game of the double header played yesterday at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola. Amos Tembo gave Eagles the lead in the 7th minute of the game when he headed home a corner kick. After conceding, the home side came firing from all angles and were able to find the back of the net but both opportunities were ruled offside. Buildcon’s persistence was rewarded in the 86th minute when Essuman Mustapha’s header went past Green Eagles goal keeper Robert Mwanza to make it 1-1. Two minutes later, Clifton Miheso added a second from a sublime free kick a few inches away from the 18-yard area for Buildcon to go 2-1 up two minutes before the final whistle.
