Ms Mulenga said that it was not right for parents to allow their children to marry when they were still young and had not yet achieved their dreams in life. She said that she would make sure that all parents and guidelines in her constituency did not marry off their children at a tender age. She was speaking when she commissioned a three-by-two classroom block at Mwambashi area in Kalulushi.
