Before Magistrate Albert Mwaba was Obert Sabwizu, 37, a teacher of Kasanda Mine Township who is facing two counts of forgery, two counts of uttering false documents, and one count of obtaining credit by false pretences. Particulars in count one were that between May and August 2015, Sabwizu, in Lusaka jointly and whilst acting together with other persons unknown and with intent to defraud or deceive, forged a GRZ PEMEC pay slip dated 31st May, 2015 by purporting to show that it was genuinely issued by PEMEC when not.
