Smack B, born Christopher Imasiku has pledged his career to fight the scorns of the HIV pandemic and ensure that people living with the virus were not stigmatised. His music career has, however, not been an easy one as he also had to face the hurdles of making it on the Zambian music scene. The 19-year-old ambitious musician started his career when he was in Grade nine at Macha Mission School in Southern Province.
