Mr Mwila said after the tour of North-Western province, it was discovered that there were two parallel structures in all the organs in Mufumbwe and Manyinga districts and this has since affected party mobilisation. “Therefore, on behalf of the party president, the Central committee and pursuant to article 58(m) and article 61 of the Patriotic Front constitution, I have with immediate effect decided to dissolve all the structures in the said districts with immediate effect,” said Mr Mwila. He said the Elections Committee was, therefore, informed to start preparations to conduct elections in Mufumbwe and Manyinga districts.
