Mon, 03 Apr 2017 13:17:30 +0000 INDEPENDENCE ward councillor George Daka is concerned over the continued sale of alcohol at Cha Cha Cha market in Lusaka and has warned of stern action against the perpetrators. Mr Daka said the market has since formed a neighborhood watch because lawlessness was getting out of hand at the market and it was now closing at 18:30 hours for security reasons. He said it was an acceptable that marketers have continued selling beer in markets despite the concerns from President Edgar Lungu, stating that he will not sit idle and watch people abrogating the law but ensure that law and order was observed.
