In an interview yesterday, Ms Kapata said it was criminal for the UPND to suggest that she had issued a letter to police to organise for security in Matero for political rally when there no such a thing being planned by her party. She said the letter in circulation suggesting to be from her office to the police command was a forgery by UPND to attract public sympathy over police’s refusal to allow them a permit to hold a rally in Kanyama.
