This is contained in a Power of Attorney filed in the Lusaka High Court by Mr M’membe on 10th February 2017 and submitted to court during an inter-parte hearing before High Court justice Sunday Nkonde last Friday. This is in the continued hearing of the winding up process of the Post Newspaper (in liquidation) in which five former employees of the newspaper sued for money owed to them. “And I hereby undertake to ratify everything which my attorney under the power in that behalf contained do or purport to do in virtue of this power of attorney,” he submitted.
