Fri, 10 Mar 2017 12:48:29 +0000 By AARON CHIYANZO THE Government has constituted the full governing board for the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) following a successful inaugural meeting held last Tuesday pursuant to the requirements of the ZRA Act, Minister of Finance Felix Mutati has said. Mr Mutati said that the ZRA governing board, at its inaugural meeting, elected Ms Chileshe Kapwepwe as chairperson who would be assisted by Mr Alfred Lungu who was elected vice- chairperson. “Other members of the board include the Secretary to the Treasury Fredson Yamba, Bank of Zambia Governor Dr Denny Kalyalya, Ministry of Justice permanent secretary Ms Tandiwe Oteng, Mr James Koni from the Bankers Association of Zambia, Mr Kamalesh Shah from Zambia Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Mr Musenga Musukwa from the Law Association of Zambia,” he said.
