Ms Phiri said that Mr Hichilema had been spreading falsehoods that President Lungu had decided that Zambia would withdraw her membership of the ICC. She reiterated that the UPND leader was a liar because the Head of State had not made such a decision as he was still consulting on the way forward. Ms Phiri said in an interview with the Daily Nation that Mr Hichilema had lied about a lot of things in his political career.
