Mwale of Mansa who has suggested that M’fuwe Airport be named after the first Vice-President of the independent Zambia (Mr. Rueben Chitandika Kamanga in Daily Nations of 21st of February 2017). I do not remember any institution being named after him other than Kamanga compound in Chelstone which we hear was named after him following a social incident.
