Speaking at the graduation ceremony for the Zambia Institute of Banking and Financial Services (ZIBFS) in Lusaka, Prof. Luo said that all universities in Zambia needed to be of high and international standard. She said that universities needed to produce graduates that were able to contribute positively to the growth of the nation by being competitive. Prof. Luo said that her ministry was on a mission to transform the education sector in Zambia and ensure that artisan skills were revived.
