PF provincial information and publicity secretary Edwin Sekelechi told journalists during a press briefing that civic leaders should desist from being used as political tools for retribution against innocent citizens and council officers perceived to be PF members or sympathisers. “We ask you to stop victimising citizens on account of tribe and party lines,” he said.
