This was heard in Kanyama Local Court in a case in which Judith Tembo, 29, of Garden House sued her husband, Esau Daka, 31, a businessman for divorce. The two got married in 2004 and have two children. Tembo told Senior Court Magistrate Lewis Mumba sitting with Magistrates Abbyshine Michelo and Esther Mulomba at Kanyama Local Court that Daka has been chasing her since 2015 and that once the court tried to reconcile but nothing changed.
